This event is the first of its kind. It was built to encourage the entrepreneur, marketer, or brand builder in a holistic manner, expediting their path to not only business success, but true wisdom on how to build and succeed faster in life as well.

It will offer three tracks and featured experts that have excelled in: Scaling Business, Scaling Ads, and Scaling your Life. Their credentials include:

  • Alex Herndon – Spent $350M on ads and doubled over 200 companies
  • Taylor Welch – Consulted over 50,000 small businesses, and at the age of 31 has an 8-figure real estate, and business portfolio.

THE LOCATION

We will be gathering at the Gaylord of the Rockies, well known for it’s resort style atmosphere, lazy river, water park, and convenient location just minutes from Denver International Airport and if you so desire a quick trip to the mountains after the event, or even a family-friendly “work” trip to both grow your business, and get in time with your +1 and crew.

THE FORMAT

There will be three tracks that you are able to follow depending on your interests, and you will be able to mix and match, and choose your own adventure. 

  • Scaling your business – this track will feature case studies and inspirational stories from business leaders that have built, scaled, and exited large businesses
  • Scaling your ads – a blend of tactics and strategies on what is working now in advertising from the best marketers in the business that have cumulative spent over $1B on ads.
  • Scaling your life – a whole person is able to lead well in business, as you grow in your capacity to lead and grow businesses, your ability to protect and grow your personal health, wealth, and legacy should grow with it, learn from the best in all three of these critical categories.

THE FUN

Group networking activities to help you find new business, solutions to your problems that you’re facing now in your business, and opportunities to connect directly with speakers for Q&A. For those that choose there will be extra activities available including:

Nick Shackelford has spent the last 8 years immersed in the performance marketing world. After working with legacy brands Pepsico and Apple, he quickly found his groove going direct consumer with viral products like Fidget Spinners and Magnetic Eyelashes. Now, having worked with over 100 D2C brands and specifically focused on paid media on Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and Pinterest. Alex Herndon

Alex has been selling brands out of inventory for over a decade. He has directly spent over $200M on ads generating some of the highest ROI for household brands like Dish Network, Backcountry, DigitalMarketer, and more. He exited his previous agency Amplio Digital, at #263 on the Inc 500 fastest growing companies nationally. Elliot Clark

Josh Johnston is the founder and operator of Hydra. Josh had the incredible opportunity to step into the COO role of Welling Media from 2018-2020. During his tenure, he helped in building the systems and infrastructure of the rapidly growing agency. Scaling to a multiple 6 figure monthly revenue, 20 employees, and helped in undertaking of it’s successful acquisition. Today, Josh is consulting with various agencies in the U.S. and Europe to help them scale their revenues, teams, and profits.

Kristen McCall is a multi-passionate marketing badass who rocks a lot of pink and knows her way around a sales funnel. Ryan Stackhouse

I grew up in a small town in Indiana, with a home builder for a Dad and dental hygienist Mom. I moved to the big city, Indianapolis, at 18 to go to college for Graphic Design and to study jazz guitar, but dropped out of college after 1 year. I started in the mortgage business in 2002. I bought my first house in 2006, then my first 4 plex in 2008. I started buying a couple rentals a year after that when I rented out the rooms in my house, then lived with buddies. I got to 34 doors by 31 years old. I then met my wife and moved to Nashville in 2011. I continued in the mortgage business and also continued investing in real estate by flipping, developing lots, and taking the proceeds to buy rentals for holds, again focusing on 2-4 unit properties. I then bought my first 25 unit apartment complex. I quickly hit 150 doors by 2018. I then learned that scaling with apartments was hard to do without a large team managing the property managers, driving properties, doing accounting, etc. I then learned about triple net lease and absolute net lease commercial properties and have since diversified our portfolio into these asset classes. As of today in 2022, we manage a portfolio of over $42 million in commercial and residential, short term rental assets. I live my dream life. Spending my days with my family after retiring myself from the mortgage business in 2019. I also travel, ski, mountain biking, hiking, volunteer, fish, paddle board, kayak, play mandolin and guitar, sing, and much more. Life is a gift and I’m trying to soak it all up!
